According to the child’s mother, she left her daughter at home while she went to book a train ticket, but when she returned, her daughter was missing. She went to the upper floor of the house and allegedly saw the accused raping her daughter.
Thankfully, the complainant raised an alarm and people gathered on the spot, overpowered the accused, and handed him over to the police. The accused has been booked under Section 376-AB of the IPC and the POCSO Act.
