In the past 10 days, I watched all films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Some I'd seen before, others I watched for the very first time. The following is a thread of the #MCU films ranked from worst to best, in my opinion.
#22: The Incredible Hulk - This story is a total downer. Was I ever supposed to feel happy while watching this movie? This was not your typical “origin story” as it was basically an unofficial sequel to the 2003 Hulk film. To me, the film lacked character and a purpose....
...While parts of the first act in Brazil were promising, the rest was tiresome, asking myself why I should care about what my eyes were watching and my brain was processing. Easily the most forgettable of the 22 films.

Sería muy interesante armar el maratón de #MCU alrededor de #Avengers, pero acomodando todas las escenas de todas las películas en una sola línea temporal. No incluyo las series por que sería sumamente largo y complicado.

Abro #hilo y me explico.
#AvengersElHilo

11 years and 21 films later, #AvengersEndgame is just a few days away. So, here’s presenting the #UltimateMarvelMarathon, where we watch every film in the #MCU, in the greatest Marvel Studios throwback you’ve seen.

Join us, won’t you?
Here's what we are watching on the first day of #UltimateMarvelMarathon.

Which one is your favourite?
#UltimateMarvelMarathon | And so we begin with #IronMan !

"I can’t help but think about how Tony Stark's Iron Man suit has evolved over time. In every film sees the suit change subtly. In #AvengersEndgame it looks like the sleekest it has ever been" | @pradeep_smenon

I think @cgartenberg makes good points here cinematically and culturally but the “never let things end” trope is actually a core element of the medium behind the #MCU: Comics. In a way, the whole point of comics is that they’re true “neverending stories.”
theverge.com/tldr/2018/4/17…
Heroes rarely die—and even if they do, their “real” identity, the mask and costume, usually lives on with another wearer. Universes are destroyed and reborn. Stories are told and re-retold. The medium has more in common with mythology than with most other forms of storytelling.
Anyway, “things should be allowed to end” seems like a somewhat silly charge to make given the nature of comics, whether you like the idea of an Endgame credit sequence or not.

I'm not a Christian, but these words are why I stay true to the #RehireJamesGunn cause.

I love #GuardiansOfTheGalaxy.

#Vol2 resonates with my heart in a way nothing else does, and more than anything I want to see the story completed in #Vol3, with @JamesGunn as the director.

Did we watch the same movie? Seriously? This is yet another one of those whiny elitist (spoilery) reviews grounded in the belief that Superhero genre does not deserve critical acclaim. (#nospoilers to the best of my abilities in thread) #AvengersInfinityWar
Marvel Cinematic Universe spent 10 years building up to this point. Each layer meticulously added with characterization and intricate plot lines. They laid the ground work so well in 18 movies that when the resolution finally comes, you say, well, of course!
It IS character driven, because the #MCU has always been about the characters. It wouldn't have succeeded otherwise. Even the ensemble movies are all about individual characters.
