2/ Now, the history:
The coffee plant and fruit has been used for 1000s of years but it wasn’t until the 13 century when the beans were roasted, which sky rocketed its popularity. Coffee originated in Ethiopia but it was across the Red Sea, in #Yemen, it was first cultivated.

We have a shift to on-shore westerly wind in the Horn of Africa region today, which, I confess means little to me beyond being a new thing in the data. But it seems significant, as there is more water over the sea.

Here's a view from this afternoon & the direction of travel is pretty stable. For me onshore winds bringing wet air towards mountains means lots more rain. If anyone is aware of the usual timing of this switch I would be interested.

The second largest pilgrimage after the so-called #Hajj was banned at the end of February due to concerns about the spread of the corona virus. As of Sunday, the small pilgrimage should initially be feasible again for believers who are in the country,
said the Saudi Interior Ministry, as the state news agency SPA reported. The small pilgrimage to the city of Mecca, which is holy for Muslims, is recommended for devout Muslims. In contrast to the great pilgrimage (Hajj), the Umrah can be performed at any time.

We can't deny that Sir KK Muhammad fought for truth all his life against Jihadis & has greater contribution than most Hindus, specially like Rajeev Dhawan & DN Jha. (1)

Also, the role of political parties has been instrumental.
While BJP, as vidharmis always said "Tareekh nahi batayenge" never gave a date yet amidst all the criticism even from patrons about it just being votebank topic; clinged firmly & believe it or not, strengthened cause.(2)
