A #thread about the way you think about money and wealth
As a member of a family office association for the last 5 years, I get to spend a fair amount of time with ultra-wealthy people. Thankfully I was never raised to think of rich people as evil or mean nor did I feel entitled to their money.
A few years ago I attended the car show in Miami with my brother and we saw a really nice Nissan GTR. The owner was there and while other people fixated on how much it cost him or what mods he put on it, we asked him what he did for a living that allowed him to afford it.

Where are the #arrests?

I know a lot of people are pissed off that they're not seeing mass arrests after all the #proof that has been uncovered

I understand, trust me. I want to end the #DeepState as bad as anyone

Why should I #TrustThePlan? 🤔

I'll explain ☟
First I will get into the 'WHY', then I'll explain the timeline.

The Why:
I want what everyone wants, mass arrests around the #world, the entire #DeepState, gone.

The thing you have to ask yourself is, what will the outcome be? For every action, there is a reaction.☟
What would happen if Obama was arrested tomorrow? Civil unrest/war. #MSM has people lost in a #FalseReality, they will fight because they have been trained to think it's the right thing to do.

Things are slow played for three reasons. One, to do everything by the book. Two,...☟

There was a super insightful fireside chat with @vkhosla and @NandanNilekani, moderated by @sharads, yesterday in Bangalore. My notes. Long thread.
@vkhosla: I have this fear that you can grow old when you retire, not retire when you grow old. So I hope I never retire. As long as you have interesting problems to work on, there's nothing more exciting to do than work on that.

Progress: Actual vs Perceptual

Quitting can be an attractive option because you don't feel like you're making progress, but it's probably just because you're focusing in perceptual progress instead of actual progress.

Weight lifting is a good example.
You go to the gym & the weights are heavy & you wind up feeling weak & mostly like throwing up.

Then you go again.

And again.

Pretty soon, your previous personal best is a quick warmup "for the real stuff."

You still feel like it's work, but you're actually getting stronger.
The perception is "THIS IS HARD AND I WANT TO STOP BECAUSE IT DOESN'T FEEL LIKE I'M MAKING PROGRESS."

The reality is "I'M GETTING SO STRONG AND THIS IS AWESOME. LOOK AT WHAT I CAN DO!"

So what's the antidote to perception getting you down?

Don't trust yourself. Do this 👇

Okay, so in the #designthinking class you learnt #empathy and now you're trying to apply it to a real situation. Stuck? Well there's your issue. It's about cultivating a #mindset, not just using tools. 1/
#Empathy is a noun and an abstract one at that. Empathizing is a verb: it's an action word. Action doesn't happen in the head. Which means you have to go out into the real world of real users and not just make things up in the conference room. Sticky notes won't help. 2/
#designthinking doesn't lend itself too well to the #sprint methodology. #collaboration is good but doing it as a sprint, or a part of one, gives it a process feel instead of a different way of looking at the problem itself. 3/

1/ The world is changing right in front of us; never before has change been as palpable. Most if it is being driven by technology which seems to be disrupting each and every domain. The obsession with technology driving progress to the exclusion of everything else is a bane.
2/ While it isn't a good idea to ignore technology, especially those that actually improve human life and condition, including those that make decisions faster and more accurate and those that make life safer and longer, one-sided technology growth will do more harm than good.
3/ Applying technology in context of people and environment must take precedence over speed and scale. Holistic design of solutions and services in individualized moulds is the path. Because the age of average is done and dusted. The factory model of #education must be disrupted.

@0cd8bef6f7af48f @MistressCnLA Amen brother!!😍🤗

#BlackHistoryMonth is like a breadcrumb, to follow our #Clues, that as another proverb hashtag called #AmericanDOS is used, leading more #ISRAELITES to #Awake from #Christianity paganism and sorcery. #Religion has never been our friend. #WakeUp 911. #REPENT
@0cd8bef6f7af48f @MistressCnLA Understanding: #Hosea 4:6. #Christianity never told us the #Messiah whom is called #Jesus is #blackface as in naturally #Dark. Never told us that #Moses is #Dark. #Job, #Abraham #Isaac and #JACOB all are #BlackLikeUs.

#Churches teach #paganism and doesn't keep #Sabbath Day holy
@0cd8bef6f7af48f @MistressCnLA #Understanding: WE are the #descendants of #Abraham #Isaac and #JACOB and were cursed because of #Disobedience and gross #Trangression of the #Laws that He gave us. #Genesis begins our #BlackHistory. We are the children of #JACOB, called the #ISRAELITES. We must #REPENT for our

2019: Why I Adopted ‘Meet The People On The Street’ Strategy – Ezekwesili – Channels Television channelstv.com/2018/11/26/201…
I have always looked at Life as the opportunity we all have to “Solve a Series of Problems”. This #Mindset has made it easier for me to always think of a Problem hard enough that I can attempt a new way of solving it without feeling the pressure of existing ways.
I totally do not believe that Citizens are Powerless. I firmly believe that every Citizen is more Powerful than they realize. Even under military rule when I was younger, the thought of powerlessness never crossed my mind.
Getting Citizens to KNOW this is a Problem solved daily.

Such nerve for anyone of you supporting the “successful businessman” (whose US enterprise is receiving attention at the Justice Department of that country) to pretend you are ‘patriots’ who want to ‘save’ Nigeria.
You&your other friends of the #ButikuFamily sure make us 😂 😂.
Let’s keep going. Keep marching forward.

I am not contesting to “make a statement”.

I am contesting to retire the #ButikuFamily and the dangerous #Mindset they represent for our country.

It is time for a #NewNigeria of :
Character.
Competence
Capacity.

#Fight4Naija🇳🇬✅🚀
😂😂😂 Haa, our ‘friends’ are crying me a river tonight. Ndoonu.

For as long as you feel ENTITLED to disturb my TL with those your funny tweets, you better be ready to receive a #Butiku punch from me also.

THE ARCHER
There was a young archer who was winning competition after competition. Riding high on success he challenged the old master to a test of skills.

The young archer let the first arrow loose and it landed dead center of the bullseye. The second found its way home too.
"Ha! Beat THAT, if you can!" he boasted.

The master smiled nodding his head slowly. "Impressive. Let's take a walk," he said as he headed towards the nearby mountain.

Up they climbed all afternoon. The master said nothing. The young challenger grew more curious.
They finally reached a deep chasm with an old fallen tree acting as a natural bridge. The master calmly strode to the middle of the log, called a distant tree as his target, took aim, and let the arrow fly.

Dead center of a tiny knot in the trunk.

1) Hard times are often blessings in disguise. Let go and let life strengthen you. No matter how much it hurts, hold your head up and keep going. This is an important lesson to remember when you’re having a rough day, a bad month, or a crappy year. Truth be told,
2) sometimes the hardest lessons to learn are the ones your spirit needs most. Your past was never a mistake if you learned from it. So take all the crazy experiences and lessons and place them in a box labeled “Thank You.''

1) We are each a spark of the Divine. Worthy as ever. And yet, sometimes we lose sight of our inherent value. That inner voice can become muffled by the narratives we play over and over in our mind. What are the messages that wear us down? In this moment, let’s challenge them.
2) What has caused us to forget that we are deserving? In this moment, let’s remind ourselves that our capacity for growth and strength is incredible. How can we reframe our experiences and begin viewing our lives from a more elevated perspective?
3) Are we ready to stop buying into old thoughts patterns and start trusting more empowering ones? Know this – there is so much more in store for you. The more we begin to believe this, with God’s help, the sooner we will receive what we hope, pray, and strive for. #believe
