En kort räknestuga i mitt största innehav MaxCyte (#MXCT). MaxCyte är ett spännande bolag på många sätt men det som jag personligen tycker är mest intressant är deras struktur på avtal med sina partners. Idag har MaxCyte 12 partners med potentiella milestones på >800 mUSD.
Därtill får MaxCyte royalties på försäljningen vid eventuellt godkännande av en terapi, enligt bolaget är det ”low single digits”. I den här tråden tänkte jag kolla närmare på CTX001 hos partnern CRISPR och vad ett godkännande av CTX001 skulle innebära för Maxcyte finansiellt.
CTX001 är en cellterapi som CRISPR och Vertex tagit fram och som nu befinner sig i Fas 1 / 2. CTX001 riktar sig mot sjukdomarna beta thalassemia och sickle cell disease. Enligt en analytiker på Wells Fargo har CTX001 75% sannolikhet att bli godkänd för sjukdomarna i USA och EU.
