The New Columbia Movement, which describes itself as an "American Christian Nationalist organization," had a presence at the March for Life.
They carried signs criticizing abortion, contraception, and euthanasia, and held American flags with a cross potent in the place of stars.

The event put on by March For Life Utah, Pro-Life Utah and Abortion Free Utah aims to “peacefully and powerfully bring awareness to the millions of lives that have been lost since the passage of Roe v. Wade exactly 49 years ago.”

Although Trump made a presidential first by speaking at the event, MAGA hats and flags weren't omni-present, but there were certainly a handful in the crowd.
The crowd marched up to the Supreme Court, where a police line separate pro-choice counter-protesters from them.

On January 11, 2020 about 9,000 people marched down Michigan Ave. for the 7th annual #March4LifeChi. We marched in the sleet, snow and freezing winds that day but you probably didn't know that thanks to the lack of mainstream media coverage.

The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in Kentucky by Covington Catholic High School student Nicholas Sandmann, 16, seeks $250 million in damages, the amount that @JeffBezos, founder of Amazon.com and the world’s richest person, paid for the Post in 2013.

This group took a picture at top of steps earlier. One boy clearly has a #MarchForLife T-shirt on. From this angle it is clearer what’s happening. The instigator is challenging the Native elder for the space. The group cheers over elder’s song. #IPMDC19

Several years ago, under the naive assumption that I would glean some particular insight or a different angle on the abortion debate, I walked over to the National Mall on the day of the #MarchForLife. It was an hour of my time on this earth that I will never get back.
I didn't want to be misleading about my intentions, so I proudly wore a @PPact button, and I wondered how exactly I would go about starting a productive conversation with anti-choice protestors. Turns out I didn't need to.
When I came up near the area in front of the stage, anti-choice protestors almost immediately walked over and engaged me with hostility. There was no effort to ask why I was there. I was not calmly asked why I support choice. No rational discussions. Just venom.
