So several more misplaced dots to correct, colors to edit and I'll have a good interactive map on March 31 elections in #Karabakh. And I hope they publish the data in usable machine-readable format.

I corrected the dots (one in #Martakert region appears to be really included in Shahumyan region. But polling stations in #Stepanakert really make a mess. So I feel cartogram is a better solution for #ArtsakhVote. Size disproportion won't definitely affect the data perception.
This Stepanakert stations really make a mess. I shall either publish two maps - one general map without Stepanakert, and another only Stepanakert.
Cartogram is the only way. Of either whole electoral districts or separate polling stations.
