The anxiety-intractable pain feedback mechanism is the worst,

You get anxiety, increases pain, which increases anxiety,

It makes trying to get, well, anything done that much more difficult
I don't tend to get writer's block,
I get ideas for writing fine,

it's more a problem of a pain block
