There's also ~2.2 million Americans caught in the #MedicaidGap because they live in states which are *still* refusing to expand Medicaid via the #ACA a decade later.
"Caving" implies they have any leverage over Manchin/Sinema. THEY. DON'T. And they didn't even with BIF, really...Manchin did want it, but he didn't want it THAT much--he sat on it for six months, he would've easily sat on it for another year rather than let himself be pressured.

Currently, #ACA enrollees pay between 2-10% of their income in premiums up to 400% of the federal poverty line (FPL)...but if you earn more than that (around $51K/yr if you're single; around $105K/yr for a family of four), you receive *no* assistance & have to pay full price. 3/
