بالبداية فتحت poe وطلبت منها اقتراحات لأسماء لكوفي شوب جديد، بحيث أنه يكون مريح وقديم وريفي ومتخصص في تخزين وتحميص القهوة بالإضافة إلى تقديم مشروبات القهوة.. اقترح لي عدة أسماء اخترت منها Beanery..
