I heartily welcome #MissionKarmayogi, the largest ever civil service reform in the world.

This will essentially democratize 'capacity building & training' at ALL levels of the civil services, for all the civil servants.

A mission with a vision to create the civil servant of tmrw
PM led HR Council will monitor the continuous capacity building exercise.

This will enhance & assimilate individual, institutional & process-level capacity building.

A Capacity Building Commission would be set up.

Domain, functional & behavioral competencies will be upgraded.
The entire system will move from rule-specific to being 'role specific'.

As opposed to working in silos or the older system having certain inconsistencies and redundancies, the newer system is all encompassing, integrated, carefully designed system to meet the needs of tomorrow.
