2/ #MyDaughter After becoming a proud mother in Aug 2020 and giving herself 6-8 months to regain health, she decided to do something she had never done in life. Run. She is an avid yoga fan but running??? Impossible. In Feb 2021 she met few of her friends who would run regularly.
3/ #MyDaughter At 31 yrs age, never having run in life she joined her friends in running. By Jun 2021 she had an app that guided how to develop into a good runner. By Sep 2021 she decided to take part in Half Marathon. 2km running became 3, then 4 then 7 and increased.
