Today, I made a "mess" of the friedrice I prepared. The rice looked great, but IMO, I added too much salt. I felt so bad and ashamed of myself tbh.
Immediately I was done cooking, I ran upstairs and forced myself to sleep, so that I wouldn't hear my folks complains/ yabs. Lol

This evening, one of our neighbours came visiting and I overheard my dad telling my sister to offer him some rice.
Really? I was so mad. 😥
I still refused to come downstairs, bcos SHAME!!
When the man left, I went to look at the plates, to my surprise, not one grain was left.

Few mins later, my mother calls me and tells me to call another neighbour of ours for dinner. I was too angry and confused to say anything.
Mind you, these neighbours are young men o. So, you can understand my pain.
