U/s 16B read w/ sec 16(a) of #NABO 1999, the contempt of court has to be adjudicated w/in 30 days. It's been 8.5 months & #NAB CM hasnt appeared be4 the court yet. Rather than issuing his warrants, a "duty" judge consolidated BB @AseefaBZ's contempt petition w/ fake accounts ref.
2diff cases w/ diff parties+ diff occurrences+ diff nature of occurrences r nt consolidated. Totally unusual. BB @AseefaBZ's petition is contempt petition;how can be consolidated w/ fake accounts ref?Such consolidation is rare. As it's done by a duty judge,tht makes it more rare.
