I think this distinction is missed by most. We think dying churches need revitalization when that time has already passed. We are coming to the doctor for a checkup when we are on life support.

We should commend the @NAFWB for dedicating the conf to the topic of developing young leaders AND their willingness to change up format.
Doing 3 panels was out of the norm and maybe you've noticed FWBs don't love change.
