The #FBI created the Child Abduction Rapid Deployment (CARD) team because we know the first few hours after a child abduction are critical. These teams consist of experienced personnel with proven track records in crimes against children cases. #NCAPM 
The CARD team works with state, local, and tribal partners to recover victims as quickly as possible and to help catch those responsible for taking them. #NCAPM
During an investigation, the CARD team can coordinate investigative leads, guide investigative efforts using the protocols from the FBI’s child abduction response plan, map the registered sex offenders in an area, and coordinate forensic resources as needed. #NCAPM
