Justice Prathiba M Singh was hearing a plea by Prannoy and Radhika Roy challenging the LOC issued against them when the CBI's counsel said that the LOCs issued automatically get extended.
CBI said it filed had filed an FIR against the Roys in 2017 but that got expired after which another FIR was filed in 2019 and an LOC was issued based on that.

The story begins in 2009. Prannoy Roy and Radhika Roy had (they still have) 15.94 percent and 16.32 percent holding of NDTV respectively
29.18 percent of the holding was under the name RRPR Holding Private Ltd, a company named after the Roy couple and the rest, 38.55 percent of the holding go to the public that including two Mauritian companies.
The Roys didn't pledge their shares to VPCL to earn money for themselves. From 2010, their salaries were lower than what I was paid. There were many other top journalists in the #NDTV newsroom who got much more than them. They borrowed to save NDTV, and hundreds of jobs. (1/3)
And yes, journalists ACROSS news organisations gained from the fact that #NDTV stayed afloat, and continued to pay decent salaries to its employees. That is because, if there had been no NDTV, other proprietors would have slashed salaries without any remorse. (2/3)

China has built a new village in Arunachal Pradesh consisting of 101 homes as seen in the satellite images, reported #NDTV
The images from November 1, 2020 have been analysed by several experts who confirmed that the construction which is approximately 4.5 kms within the Indian territory of the facto border will be a huge concern for India.
The village is located on the banks of the River Rsari Chu which lies in the Upper Subansiri district, an area which has been long disputed between India and China, and has been marked by armed conflict. The village was constructed in the eastern range of the Himalayas.
