Thereās multiple recorded phone calls of independent ābrokersā recently calling large-block holders offering to āpurchaseā shares of a shitty revenue-less company, because they care & want to save YOU in the long run. Good folks want to relieve you of your $gTii ābagsā. How nice.
The original Toxic Lender, letās call him āCharlieā, left a voicemail asking to āwork some numbersā illegally in the backroom, to buy back millions of shares HE SHORTED, which were NEVER on the books as FTDās. But YOUāRE CRAZY to believe thereās an actual short problem in $gTii.
Are these Deep In The Money calls held by Citadel and Susquehanna used to reset #FTDs and avoid closing out #NakedShorts that have exceeded allowed time to locate shares? (aka "reset transactions"?). š¤ I think they are. #AMC

Seeing the values the calls are expressed in total number of shares. Thanks @BaronvonSteube6 for catching that. Still, 50.5 Million shares just from calls held by these 3 alone that can be used to fake locates.
It seems highly possible that brokers are just crediting our accounts with shares that they don't actually hold. Where a #NakedShort sold shares to us thru their broker that our brokers never bother to make sure was really borrowed / located. #AMC
This is why the #APE market cap / share outstanding numbers never added up, why the avg per #AMC shareholder is so low, and why the #FTDs are so high
This ape makes good point, and I've thought same thing myself. Maybe AA wants to get the true share count exposed and this lawsuit is a plot to get that done. Allegheny is funded by Blackrock who definitely has a vested interest in #AMC rising. (1)
(2) at first I assumed they want to block the conversion and RS, taking Allegheny comments in case at face value. It could be that simple, Allegheny trying to block RS / conv. Or, it could be a big plan to expose the true share count.
(3) one of the things that makes me think it could possibly actually be a plan to expose #NakedShorts is the lack of merit of the case and how ridiculous the arguments are. 3D chess? That's all you got? Really?
Corinne Amato the new "special master" appointed by the #AMC litigation judge Zurn represented the Bucks County Employees Retirement Fund in 2019 case. She makes a living off accusing companies of wrongdoing. Firm she works for is plaintiff side.

Today we launch Phase2 of legal action. I est. size of damages to $GNS from illegal trading over $150 million and may be much higher. If shareholders agree my preference is any/all win = 50% special dividend of restricted stock to shareholder, 50% to fund fighting #Naked Shorts.
ie. Use all wins from #NakedShorts to fight #NakedShorts. Imagine if all CEOs & companies did the same. We could have the funds & army to win this thing.
BTW these are my personal views and any final decision needs $GNS Board & Shareholders approval. For now we've moved from tracking & assessment phase to litigation phase. Phase 3 = Court action.
