Five years ago I was stuck in an airport for a month just after being released from prison and expelled from my former country. As a "stateless" Palestinian there was nowhere to send me to, so I lived in an airport. I am still nervous around airports.
...Which is why stunts like this get to me. Getting pulled away from a line of customers and talked down to. Talk about screwed up business practices piled on top of PTSD triggers.
So @Fly_Norwegian's new way to rip off customers on a half-empty flight is to charge them if their hand luggage + carry on bag are 11 kg instead of 10. I had to pay more than the cost of the ticket. Fuck you and I'll throw a party when you go bankrupt. Last time flying Norwegian.
