1) Once upon a time, long ago, I used to really like Paul Ryan. His speakership in the House put paid to that. I still like John Kennedy, from Louisiana, how do you not like him?, but I am this morning disgusted with what I read.
2) Kennedy is talking about a "state of mind" a "motivation" and expressing how the coming Impeachment decision in the Senate will ride upon it. Yet, fidelity to his voters doesn't enter his mind at all. Do the good people of Luisiana feel that way? He couldn't care less.
3) This has always been the fatal flaw of DC Republicans. Not once, under Ryan's speakership, was there so much as a whisper of placing Obama under articles of Impeachment. Not once. Want a quid pro quo? How about $1.7 BILLION flow in on palettes in cash to Iran?

What seems most obvious to me about the reception of the #MuellerReport is that media, and citizens, on the left and the right have not yet learned that taking extreme positions on something that, as yet, we know very little about. THREAD
For example, go ahead and crap on #WilliamBarr if you like, but we do not know that he has not characterized the report correctly BECAUSE WE HAVE NOT YET SEEN IT.
My friends on the left take the absence of a condemnation of Trump in the letter as evidence of more corruption. And surely, even though we have been repeatedly warned that removing the President has perils, somehow waiting to defeat him in an election seems intolerable.
