Rafiki is Swahili for "friend"—Damn You Friend. "Damn You" is used to express anger, especially when used in a heated argument. However, if it's used in a non-incendiary banter, it could be interpreted as playful. 
In this instance, even though the use of "friend" sort of waters it down, its use is incendiary, as the rap is in full attack mode.
