1. Once upon a time, a few men get together from Vancouver. They bring in a man from Oman, two from Jersey, one from Switzerland and one from the UK. They buy a shell from a car salesman in Vancouver and back it up into a little dead pubco. Magically, shares get issued in Panama.
2. The magic shares from Panama give the Vancouver guys control of the shell. Weirdly, addresses in Mexico are used for some shareholders (Hells Angels perhaps?). They hire a porn film business manager to manger the pubco. Fat consulting contracts are entered into. They wire
3. money to the Marshall Islands and set up some companies where you can’t find out who owns the shares in order to get a bank account and brokerage account. They transfer shares to those entities. They hire promoters to tout the pubco with false positive news. The stock shoots

Given the responses here, I think I could turn a camera on myself knitting & fussing over my dogs & cats (truly boring according to my family) & there’d be more interest. The delta between listening to Cuomo or Fauci bring info & Trump campaigning every afternoon is a big one.

Leaders' debates are a bad idea & encourage all the worst trends in UK politics: presidentialisation, the cult of personality ("Cleggmania"?), the reduction of parliamentary parties to fandoms for their leaders and the mistaking of fluency/"authenticity" for statecraft. #NoThanks
These presidential-style debates also raise yet another barrier to new entrants/smaller parties, at a time of widespread disillusionment with the Big Two. You either shut out the Greens/LDs/UKIP/SNP/Plaid Cymru etc, or the format becomes hopelessly unwieldy.
There's also a constitutional issue. Leaders' debates make elections more explicitly about a personal mandate for a potential prime minister. That creates a legitimacy problem if the PM changes mid-term - yet the Fixed Term Parliament Act makes it harder to seek a fresh mandate.
