As you can see below, US hospital associations are arguing against workplace safety standards in #OSHAhearing.

In their testimony (linked to in the confined space link in the RT) they specifically were arguing that @OSHA_DOL should get its guidance from the CDC.

As we all know, the CDC has put out multiple policies that were requested by corporations.

The decision to appeal the judge's decision has been made by the CDC, but notably? They have not requested for a stay of the judge's decision, which could easily be done.
