Earlier tonight, @AP called Ohio's presidential primary for @JoeBiden (no surprise there: "The result was never in doubt after Biden’s last rival, @BernieSanders, dropped out of the race earlier this month," AP wrote.)

@AP @JoeBiden @BernieSanders In Lake County, the third time's the charm for Willoughby-Eastlake School: the 10-year, 4.94 mill levy was approved with 57% of the vote.

Levies failed in Aug. & Nov. 2019 and @WESchools was facing another $5 million in cuts.

FACT: There has been no resolution about how the #OhioPrimary will be concluded -- on what day, in what way ... or even if those who did not have a chance to vote on March 17 will get to cast a ballot at all.

That's why we’ve gone to court.

Get an absentee ballot application.
Yes... you have to fill out an application before you can get an absentee ballot.
You will need to have printer.
Does your grandma have a printer?
Download and print from ohiosos.gov/elections/vote…
Then mail it to your county Board of Elections.

Side note: They don’t have the authority to reset the election, so they don’t have the authority to extend absentee voting either. But... let’s just go with it.

1/ THREAD - Hi from #Ohio. There are a lot of rumors flying around about our election right now. Try not to spread them.

ℹ️ Here's what we KNOW:

🔸Governor Mike DeWine wants to move Ohio's Primary Election date from March 17 (tomorrow) to June 2nd due to #Coronavirus.

2/🔸Gov DeWine doesn't have the power to move elections. Which is why he only RECOMMENDED we move the election.

🔸SO a group of high-risk #Ohio voters filed a lawsuit with the Franklin County Common Pleas Court to try and move the election.

3/❗️There are people opposing Gov DeWine's proposed June 2nd election date, saying #Ohio should have an earlier in-person voting day.

❗️There are also people opposing the June 2nd date, saying Ohio should only do vote-by-mail. No in-person Election Day.
