They insisted there *no* in-hospital transmission and it wasn’t airborne. Front-facing (lower wage) staff were told not to wear any masks and several got sick. Our response at @UCSF has been a challenge for me from the start. ☹️
@UCSF By the time I convinced them that Walky talky Covid might look different from dying on the ventilator Covid, they tested me on day 18, when symptoms were better. It was negative. I had 8 months of chest pain, dizziness, diarrhea. By the time they ordered antibodies, negative.
So the first thread I want to do is tech/applications that have made my science easier and more accessible. Some of them are paid (not always accessible), but I'll try to offer a free version that I've used that may not be as great but worked for me. 1/

“Return America” isn’t something Jesus would say. Where were these NC pastors when we were fighting for the least of these during #MoralMondays, demanding healthcare, living wages, fighting for prisoners not to die, protecting immigrants?
When have they called out the sinful lying actions of Trump? When have they cried out against the intentionally bad decisions that McConnell & Trump have made, giving trillions to corporations rather than to poor & low income people?
All of these pastors suing to go back in a building rather than stand up for the poor and low income are engaging in hypocrisy. #StayInPlace #StayAlive #Organize #DontBelieveTheLies
