1) Peso del gas dalla #Russia su ciascuno dei 4 settori: Trasporti immuni, ma famiglie, industria e commerciali a rischio

2) Impatto sul #Pil per variazione % di input di #gas: impatto è tanto più elevato quanto più bassa è l'elasticità di sostituzione, cioè quanto più difficile trovare fonti alternative. Tale elasticità è molto bassa nell'immediato (è difficile riorganizzarsi), ma alta nel lungo

3) Per calcolare l'impatto economico su ciascuno dei 4 settori, bisogna stimare di quanto un blocco del gas dalla Russia fa diminuire l'input di energia totale per quel settore. Nel caso di blocco immediato, si suppone che ciò sia pari proprio al peso dell'import dalla Russia

#SupremeCourt will today hear a #PIL filed by Devkinandan Thakur challenging the National Commission for Minorities Act. The plea has sought direction to define ‘#minority’ and lay down ‘guidelines for identification of minorities at district level’.

Counsel informs the bench that there is another similar matter pending before Justice Kaul.

The bench says that it may be right that the Hindus are I'm minorities in some states. Then if there is a law then what should we clarify in it.

Court: There will be minorities all over, in some state some people would be Minority, its not the court who should do this. If you give us the exact example then we can certainly look into that.

1) #Cina: Impatto sistemico su economia è limitato perché #ZeroCovid è a rotazione

2) #Inflazione viene da due fattori recenti, #Lockdown in #Cina con ritardi nella #SupplyChain, e prezzi #energia che salgono per la guerra e per le #Sanzioni

Ma il terzo e più fondamentale è l'ovvio risultato di un decennio a tassi zero con monete stampate e mal investite

3) La tensione #Cina #USA è molto più intensa con #Biden di quanto lo fosse con #Trump perché si è aggiunto un fattore filosofico di sfida tra due modelli e di stadi di sviluppo disallineati

#Trump sarebbe stato invece ben soddisfatto di una risoluzione del #deficit commerciale

Quindi, ad oggi, la strategia economica dell’Italia si basa su

1) #PNRR con moltiplicatore 0.9, minore di 1 = debito senza crescita. Come dice lo stesso #Draghi, debito cattivo, senza alcun progetto di rilancio sistemico del Paese

2) Minacciamo #Sanzioni sul #gas #Russia senza avere alternative immediate, quindi facciamo aumentare il prezzo e continuiamo a pagare ed, indirettamente, finanziamo la guerra in #Ucraina

3) Nessuna strategia per rafforzare #Export, unica componente dell economia che tiene a galla il #PIL. Ne, nel dettaglio, una strategia di penetrazione di #Asia e #Africa, uniche aree che cresceranno nei prossimi anni

Voi avete chiaro che con gli aumenti dei prezzi di energia e materiali, con progetti esecutivi redatti almeno un anno fa, ci vorrà un altro mezzo #PNRR (o l'equivalente da reperire con uno scostamento di bilancio) per attuare il PNRR e prendere davvero i soldi, vero?🤔

Certo, c'è sempre la possibilità di distruggere domanda e comprimere i salari come auspicano alcuni. Un'opzione che ha già funzionato benissimo con #Monti e soci abbassando il #debito e aumentando il #PIL...

Il gas vale 11% dell'export totale e circa $55mld, export vale il 25% del Pil

Di questi 55, poco più dei 3/4, 75% è diretto verso paesi che hanno messo #Sanzioni, ed il rimante 25% verso altri paesi

Impatto massimo teorico potrebbe essere 2% del #Pil

Situazione diversa per #petrolio che conta più del gas, il 42% del totale export (11% del Pil)

Ma le destinazioni sono più a "loro favore". Il 62% lo vendono all'Occidente, mentre il 32% a paesi non sanzionanti

Impatto massimo 6.5% del Pil (11% * 62%)
