A few testmanship tips that never failed me (from med school til the PLE).

1. Upon receiving the test paper, I check the set, number of pages, and if all my papers are complete.

This allows me to quickly browse which topics were yielded for that exam.

2. There is always AT LEAST 2 clues when answering a question. The board will never give you less.

It’s just up to you whether you know what those 2 clues are. This is where the buzzwords come in.

If you reviewed enough, you’ll be familiar with at least 1 of the clues.
3. NEVER give up on a question. NEVER base your answer on a guess.

There is ALWAYS a connection you can make. Retrieve it from the deepest parts of your brain. No matter how absurd the connection is, chances are that it’s correct.

If wala talaga, virtual B. But do not abuse.
