Nigeria and Russia Thursday in Sochi, Russia, signed an important Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which will enable both countries’ oil giants, @NNPCgroup and Russia’s Lukeoil to elevate commercial relationship to a government-to-government backed partnership. #PMBinRussia
