(2/4) The two cats, Komo Chan, five-year old male and female Tama Chan, 6, went missing two months ago soon after they landed at the owner's tropical home in Phuket as a Thai staff had forgotten to shut the house's gate & the two Japanese cats decided to go out for an adventure.
(3/4) On Monday, the owner, Kim Chan, decided to put up large banners at various spots in Phuket with a reward of 30,000 baht each. She spoke to a reporter in tears on Monday saying she and her family are very attached to the two cats as they raised them from a very young age.

One of the tsunami-warning buoys has been scavenged for its components, while the other is still relaying real-time data, has come loose from its mooring on the sea floor and is floating aimlessly some 200 km west of #Phuket,

Was surprised that there were no temperature checks or any other #Covid19-related tests for outbound passengers at @JFKairport (drastic contrast with airports in #Asia that have been checking temperature of every OUTBOUND passenger since ~2 months now).
