1. El primer error fue centralizar las compras de medicamentos a la #SHCP, debido a la falta de experiencia de los nuevos funcionarios para encargar los medicamentos.
2. El segundo error fue reemplazar el Seguro Popular por el #INSABI. Lo que dejó a 15 millones de mexicanos sin acceso a la salud.

1️⃣ Das #Bildungssystem ist grundlegend anders aufgebaut als in 🇦🇹. Das beginnt mit einem Rechtsanspruch auf einen Kindergartenplatz. 84% der 1-3 Jährigen gehen in den KiGa, 95% der 3-7 Jährigen.
Danach folgt eine 9-jährige gemeinsame Schule von 7-16, in die alle Kids gehen und die mit einer einheitlichen, standardisierten Prüfung endet. Anschließend gibt es 3-jährige höhere Schulen.

Heute früh um 6:00 dachte ich noch, ich würde heute einen Thread verfassen,was mir an den "optischen" Anpassungen im Rahmen der gestrigen Wartungsarbeiten am @rki_de #Dashboard gut gefällt&was mir sehr sauer aufstößt!

Die Liste kann b. erster Sichtung nur als zweifelhaft bezeichnet werden & verbindet bekannte Grundsätze & Allgemeingut gewordene Annahmen m. vagen Bekenntnisformeln. In Tabellen werden jedem Grundsatz die Maßnahmen beigeordnet, die laut #KMK i. jedem #Bundesland (!) /2
einzeln zum jeweiligen Grundsatz existieren. Bzgl. d. Grundsatzes, #Sprachbildung müsse Elementar-, Primar- & Sekundarbereich übergreifen bzw. beginne am Übergang (!) vom Elementar- zum Primarbereich werden dabei f. #Bayern 10 Maßnahmen aufgelistet, von denen eine auch mit /3

Ausgangspunkt war eine Statistik, die mittlerweile sehr bekannt ist: Von 100 Kindern aus Akademikerfamilien studieren 79. Von 100 Kindern aus Nicht-Akademikerfamilien nur 27. dzhw.eu/services/mater…
Wenn man diese Statistik für meine Grundschulklasse aufstellt, sieht es nicht anders aus. Und bevor wieder der alte Reflex greift: Natürlich müssen nicht alle studieren. Nur sollte es eben nicht so stark von deinen Eltern abhängen, wie hoch deine Chancen sind.
#PISA is not intended to rank countries, since education has many dimensions, it's impossible to extract them into one number, let alone comparing among countries. That's not #pisa2018 for.
Participating countries can use #PISA to diagnose their deficiency of their education systems. This is more important and makes more sense than ranking countries. The ranking makes good stories for media, but it's not the whole stories.
The ranking in #PISA is useless. Read deeper into finding which part of competence is lacking is more beneficial.

Nach wie vor muss bei #PISA & seinen Punkt- und Ranking-Schwankungen, die wie in Sportreportagen kommentiert werden, die Frage erlaubt sein: Können solche Veränderungen über kurze Zeiträume sein? Wenn ja, wie signifikant sind sie dann? Und was wird hier eigentlich gemessen?
Dessen ungeachtet hier einige weitere Ergebnisse v. #PISA m. Schwerpunkt #Lesen (wesentl. n @JMWiarda, Link unten). Wie schon berichtet, liegt das dt. Leistungsniveau trotz nachlassender Punktzahlen statist. ungefähr beim Niveau v. 2009, als zuletzt ein SP auf d. Lesen lag. /2
Gut: Dies gilt, obwohl die Schülerschaft nicht dieselbe ist. So hat sich die Zahl d. SuS m. Zuwanderungsgeschichte um ca. 10% auf gut 35% erhöht. Auch gut: SuS aus Arbeiterfamilien schneiden i. #Lesen deutl. besser ab als noch 2000. Heikel: Ca. 20% d. dt. SuS können nicht auf /3
