Influence and trust is built through demonstrated and consistent results. It is not built through who has the best idea.

Show stakeholders that you’ve done it before as evidence you can do it again.

You'll be able to earn more ambitious goals/scope each time.
A strong sense of purpose that guides prioritization.

It’s saying “heck yeah” to this amazing thing that we’re all working on together and not letting anything distract us.

Saying yes to a purpose makes it easier to say no or not yet to other things.

Bad product features-Product features that drive the agenda of the product leader and not fulfill the needs/desires of the user. They exist only for optical reasons.

Good product features- Fulfill the needs/desires of the user.

One of needs for the users of any #foodtech app would be to not see any variance in the amount to be paid between when the food item is selected versus the amount that is paid finally.
Eliminating this 'unpleasant surprise' is more important than providing discount coupons which most of the times doesn't give the user the feeling that they are saving money in the transaction.

It rather makes the user feel that the company underestimates their intelligence.
