On Saturday, we asked the question. 'How did you tell your parents about your mental health challenges?'

Here are some responses from our Instagram.
We got a lot of funny responses, but most of them were sad.

We can tell that there is still a lot of work to do with regards awareness about mental health challenges.
Till we get to a point where kids can comfortably discuss their mental health challenges with their parents, there is still work to be done.

We appreciate all your comments. đź’š

How do you tell the difference between a joke and bullying?
#CyberBullying #ProjectCovidNg /1 Cyberbullying is not a 'nor...
All friends joke around with each other, but sometimes it’s hard to tell if someone is just having fun or trying to hurt you, especially online. Sometimes they’ll laugh it off with a “just kidding,” or “don’t take it so seriously.” #CyberBullying #ProjectCovidNg /2
But if you feel hurt or think others are laughing at you instead of with you, then the joke has gone too far. If it continues even after you’ve asked the person to stop and you are still feeling upset about it, then this could be bullying. #CyberBullying #ProjectCovidNg /3
