KOCCA (Korea Creative Content Agency), tracks the cultural industries and releases the latest gov't figures. As of now, the most recent figures are until Dec 31 of 2021. #KOCCA won't release the 2022 figures until next year. So, do you want to see how the industry is doing? #kpop 
If you look at this you can easily see that music remains a small part of Korea's cultural exports. Even though we see growth year after year, the growth is not happening on the same rate as the growth in games (Wow! Almost 70% of Korea's cultural exports!).
The cultural industries themselves are not all of Korea's exports, and if you compare the dollar amount of these exports below, you can see how much they dwarf music, which still exports under 1 billion USD. This doesn't mean the cultural exports aren't important, they are.

Here's where I always stood on consolidation questions like this: I didn't really care what the org chart looked like, so long as the one we would spend the time, $ and energy to build was better than what we had. And frankly, that's a really high bar.
So the one "for instance" everyone picked on was the video unit in PA and the one in IIP. It surprised me because very smart people often assumed that the same equipment = duplication. Which seemed dumb since it's not like we had an "Office of Computers"

Context: one of the top stories about America that our embassies tell is about Martin Luther King. And they don't just tell the "I have a Dream" part. They tell the Selma and Memphis parts too. This is a critical message for our country. 2/
Because MLK protested against his government. He fought to change his government. That is the American story: Standing up against your government. There is almost no other part of the world you can do that without fear of losing everything. 3/
