47 years ago today, the Supreme Court's decision in #RoevWade marked a watershed moment in the history of #reproductivejustice by ruling that abortion is a constitutional right.

Here in Massachusetts, we need to ensure that access to reproductive healthcare is fully protected no matter what the Supreme Court or the Trump administration does to undermine this fundamental right. That's why I'm proud to support the #ROEAct.

- ensure no one will be forced to leave MA in order to access the care they need

Across this country, we see laws being passed to criminalize abortion and limit access to reproductive health care.

We have an opportunity to send a strong message that we are not Alabama or Georgia.

The #ROEAct will codify reproductive freedom into state law and improve access by removing unnecessary and burdensome provisions that often function to delay or deny care.

The bill will ensure that medical decisions remain between a patient and her doctor.
Roe v. Wade is at its greatest risk since that decision was handed down more than 45 years ago.

We are going to keep fighting to make sure that Roe remains the law of the land.
