[Alerte #canicule] Les chaleurs extrêmes représentent des risques accrus au #travail.
Cela concerne bien sûr les professions extérieures, les plus exposées (BTP+++), mais pas seulement.

Even by the standards of prof services companies, #RPS is not great - no op leverage, writeoffs, no topline growth despite M&A - but it is cheap.. like, 2-3x levered cashflow / 5x unlevered cheap and if they ever balanced their working cap.. levered would even start with a 1. Image
Fee revenue -17% in April / May
Net debt - 25% since March Image
#RPS manage to say little of any meaning except their debt figure: a further -25% since June and nearly half that of March - yet not a penny has accrued to the equity.

As we march for education, let’s stand tall on the of our #ancestors with a RICHMOND review:⠀

In March 1865, Congress created the Bureau of Refugees, Freedmen, and Abandoned Lands, popularly known as the Freedmen’s Bureau.
It was intended to address another major problem created by the war, the disposition of property abandoned by or confiscated from planters and property owned by the Confederate government and seized by Union forces (the winners). Those lands were essential to the original design

@LevarStoney Announce late just before elections, abt decision already made. Where’s the quantitative analysis showing #RVA can afford this? NEED REAL $$ NUMBERS, not hand waving, blind estimates on jobs. Same kind of approach as Dwight Jones. 👎🏻
$1.4 BILLION could give #RPS schools updates they need. Running up another $1.4 B debt IN ADDITION TO the $750 Million DEBT for schools. @LevarStoney gets a GRADE of ZERO on FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBILITY. Its a slithery way to justify raise of real estate taxes 2
3/ Run #RVA into $2 BILLION IN DEBT to justify raising taxes. Worst mismanagement of this city in DECADES.

1/7 Yes, the Richmond City Council #RVACouncil should support Councilwoman Kimberly Gray's @kimgray4rva proposal to rename the Boulevard in honor of Arthur Ashe.
2/7 As she said: “I thought this may be an opportunity for us as a city to demonstrate to the world that we’ve evolved and we’re willing to be more accepting of all Richmonders, regardless of their skin color, who they are or where they come from.”
3/7 The Boulevard is CENTRAL: it begins near Byrd Park, cuts through Cary Town, passes the #VMFA, crosses #MonumentAvenue at the statue of Stonewall Jackson, and runs along The Diamond. Renaming the Boulevard to Arthur Ashe Boulevard would be a great honor for a true hero.
