The Government's circulated amendments in the senate to give themselves the power to do this and indicated that the Minister will regulate to include students in the package as soon as the stimulus bills are passed.

Terribly, those on disability and carer support payments are still excluded from the Coronavirus supplement announced today, apart from the one-off payments in the package. We'll keep working to change that.
