2. #Dboss was sidelined by #Media but his loyal fans stood by him throughout and made #Kranti a success . Some biggies who are behind #ban are irked by support and promotion of kranti wanted to push their ego to dent @dasadarshan pushed to pull him down in anyway #kfifanwar
3. Taking advantage of broken friendship of @KicchaSudeep and @dasadarshan , some unknown hands pushed for online hatred between two actors fans . It grew eventually with tit for tat from #dboss fans #kfifanwars
REMINDER: I've been calling for #BOOSTERS for #LTC for 2+ weeks now. Had they listened + acted faster, we could've completed boosters in LTC by now. Instead, only 84% of residents + 43% of staff have boosters and no word on that # for essential caregivers. #Reactive #Omicron
Case in point: My warnings from DECEMBER 13 (2+ weeks ago).
So in 2 weeks they ONLY increased boosters among staff by 11%⁉️😬

Let me now share my thoughts on Equity Investing. Though current Equity Market crisis is attributed to CORONA VIRUS; according to me it is a combination of both CORONA VIRUS as well as excesses of the Equity markets over past 3 years due to Bubbles created thru excess Liquidity.
#MutualFund Industry has given 3 Mantras: Buy and Hold, SIP Karo Bhool Jao and Do Not Time the Markets.
If Buy & Hold was working then how come Investors stay invested only for 2-3 years in Equity asset class? After some time, SIP portfolio is nothing but Lump Sum.

It is #VOLATILITY which is becoming enemy of #Investors instead of it being their Friend. In fact, wealth is created through SIP, STP & Asset Allocation only because markets are Volatile. Will anyone adopt above strategies if markets were linear?

2/In July 2017 an @AAIMOnline collaborative was tasked to recommend strategies for LWE improvement. In early discussions we realized we had no shared mental model of the LWE w/ which to systematically approach improvement. 2yrs later we are publishing a conceptual model.
3/Let’s start w/ the model & then explain its development:The LWE is the nesting of personal, relational, curricular, & structural domains as traversed by multiple learners, centered on the needs of individual or populations of patients, & influenced by the sociocultural context
