2/ I've copiously read several news stories where @PoliceNG PPRO, @frankmbablog, quoting IGP M. Adamu, says the much-awaited DECENTRALISATION of Nig's CENTRIFUGAL Policing System via #CommunityPolicing is set. But the recruited Special Constables won't be PAID SALARIES. REALLY?

2/ For 2 centuries (231), since office of U.S. President @WhiteHouse was established in 1789, 45 men have served as president. Eventhough, Grover Cleveland served two non-consecutive terms in office (the only president to have done so), thus, counted as the 22nd and 24th Prez.
3/ For 231years, two major political parties have governed the American people- @TheDemocrats & @GOP or @republican. While the former has had 15 Presidents, the latter has had 19 Presidents. Are the American better for it on this two opposing forces? INDEED, YES!
