1. Los países discutirán más a fondo el 'Paris Rulebook' acordado en Katowice, principalmente para ver una manera eficaz en como se pueden ayudar entre ellos bajo un sistema de bonos de carbono que evite el 'double-counting'.
2. También se hará énfasis en como implementar técnicamente un sistema de seguimiento de donaciones que ayude a cumplir compromiso de movilizar 100 billones de dólares al año destinado a comunidades vulnerables y países no desarrollados. (Green Climate Fund y Adaptation Fund)
