The second warning for Texas municipalities came from the @ACLUTx, @FairDefense, @TexasAppleseed & @NLCHPhomeless if local leaders enforced #HB1925 w/out regard to the Constitution & the American with Disabilities Act. #txlege
Side note: per witness lists from both the House State Affairs Cmte & Senate Local Gov't Cmte on #HB1925 and the Senate companion bill #SB987, the only service provider that testified in favor of the bills was @HavenForHope. #txlege
