@HouseSmallBiz @SmallBizCmte We need to ensure all small businesses have access to #PPP loans with new funding. Option 1: Set aside funding for particular NAICS codes — the program already uses NAICS codes to determine affiliation.
Option 2: Similar to contracting goals for agencies, set “lending goals” for banks — setting aside much needed funds for #minority-owned and #women-owned #smallbiz. This also gets these businesses prepped to subcontract on a larger #infrastructure bill.
