Debuting in Yakuza 4, Akiyama became CEO of his own loan company and hostess club, Sky Finance and Elise. Shun Akiyama earned a reputation as "The Lifeline of Kamurocho" by taking on customers who would be turned away by regular loan companies. (2/9)

Debuting in Yakuza on PS2, Kazuma Kiryu was a former member of the Tojo Clan, a criminal organization based in Kamurocho, Tokyo. He has a tattoo of a dragon on his back and has been called the "Dragon of Dojima". (2/11)
Although nominally he's a "tough guy", his strong sense of duty leads some to judge him as an easy mark. Still, his rugged masculinity and fighting strength have also won him many fans, and he is one of the most charismatic residents of Kamurocho. (3/11)
