SOPA CASTELLANA, RECETA TRADICIONAL👨🏻🍳
🥣Os traemos una receta tradicional castellana que viene muy bien para combatir el frío. Se trata de la #sopa castellana o de ajo, muy popular en #Burgos.

🗒️ Ingredientes:
- 200 g de pan del día anterior (hogaza, panete, etc)
- 100 g de dados de jamón
- 3 dientes de ajo
- 6 huevos
- 6 rodajas de chorizo fresco cocido
- 4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
- 1 cucharada de pimentón
- 2 litros de caldo
- sal y pimienta
- guindilla

🗒️ Preparación:
1º En un cazo ponemos el aceite y los ajos laminados. Los freímos y cuando empiecen a dorarse bajamos el fuego.
2º Añadimos el pan cortado, incorporamos los dados de jamón y el pimentón y envolvemos bien.

San Vicente fue y es un gran productor de caña de azúcar y en consecuencia panela; otros territorios como San Rafael Obrajuelo, Zacatecoluca, producían añil. Los esclavos por su altura y fuerza, se usaron como un objeto para la producción en obrajes de añil y producción de caña.
