@Sidinitiative Okay, Mental health, is the level of psychological well-being or an absence of mental illness. It is the state of someone functioning at a satisfactory level of emotional and behavioural adjustment.
@Sidinitiative Mental illness on the other hand, is a deviation from mental health, it is characterized by a combination of abnormal thoughts, emotions, behaviour and relationships. It comprises of a broad range of problems with different symptoms.
