@JColeNC & @noname are in the same struggle together. language and tone and timing matters. I think he’s making an appeal to her that she valueable, and there’s people that are not at the point of comprehending what she’s offering...and tone can be a hindrance to that goal.
Both are needed because both are reaching different demos with different needs and different approaches. So our approach can’t be uniform, especially as artists, nuance in approach is tailored to those we speak to.
I could be wrong, but I think that’s the appeal he’s trying to make.
