श्री भगवानुवाच
अशोच्यानन्वशोचस्त्वं प्रज्ञावादांश्च भाषसे ।
गतासूनगतासूंश्च नानुशोचन्ति पण्डिताः ।।
śrī bhagavānuvāca
aśocyānanvaśocastvaṃ prajñāvādāṃśca bhāṣase ।
gatāsūnagatāsūṃśca nānuśocanti paṇḍitāḥ ।।
श्री भगवानुवाच
अशोच्यानन्वशोचस्त्वं प्रज्ञावादांश्च भाषसे ।
गतासूनगतासूंश्च नानुशोचन्ति पण्डिताः ।।

gatāsūnagatāsūṃśca nānuśocanti paṇḍitāḥ ।।
त्वं - you (Arjuna), अशोच्यान् - those who need not be lamented, अन्वशोच: - repeatedly lamenting, प्रज्ञावादां च - words arising out of dehAtma wisdom, भाषसे - speaking, पण्डिताः - learned scholars, गतासून् - dehA, अगतासून् च - Atma, न अनुशोचन्ति - won’t worry
