Inherent public appeal of #StemCellTherapy is being exploited & promoted unethically as a #MagicRemedy to vulnerable patients & should be regulated. There are many diseases where Basic/Translational/Clinical Research can establish its utility @ISSCR @ICMR @fda @ema leads the way!
Acutely aware that patients & their groups want freedom to try whatever might help them & detest when the academic medical community or regulators are so hung up on #RiskBenefitRatio & good evidence and till then say this therapy they cannot take outside regulated clinical trials
