Il centro di comunicazione strategico NATO #StratCom viene presentato al pubblico come un think tank con mandato formale di "comprendere e utilizzare metodi che affrontano le sfide nell'ambiente informativo" che i paesi NATO dovrebbero adottare.

Ich möchte ungern die Party stören, aber ein kleiner Nachbrenner zur Ukrainischen #StratCom:

Und während es zweifellos richtig ist, dass #Russland derzeit nur sehr langsam vorwärts kommt - wir wissen NICHT, wie teuer die #Ukraine bisher für die gewonnene Zeit bezahlt hat! Die einzigen Bilder von zerstörtem ukr Material ist oft unabsichtlicher Bild-Beifang von Zivilisten.
Es gibt kaum Meldungen zu Toten und Verwundeten. Auch zu Munitionsbeständen etc wenig Informationen. Zum Einen macht das aus Sicht der Ukrainer absolut Sinn, um die Moral (auch international) hochzuhalten. Zum Anderen wissen wir auch nicht, wie gut das Lagebild der Ukr ist.

2/13 It warns of an outbreak of a conflict "originating from a violent escalation as a result of an incident" due to the #Russia/n "below the threshold of war" activities that could provoke such a conflict, including an international one.

And now there’s the added excitement that it’s shortlisted for the #Oscars2020! I could not be more amazed that a project I was involved with as a researcher has made it this far! But raising awareness isn’t enough we need to continue the fight for policy reform.
