The whole thing was meant as a rework for myself to see my progress. I did my original work at the beginning of my studies(2015). The new diver was created shortly after my studies(2018-19)

This Summer I wrote a paper on ADHD comorbid w/AUD. This article mentions that #addiction is more common in those with ADHD. BUT itās only more common if the ADHD goes un-dx, causing greater chances of ārisky behaviorsā early-on, leading to addictions.

I felt it important to discuss this so we donāt reinforce stereotypes. While addiction can be common in those with #ADHD - it is, sadly, much more common when DX/treatment wasnāt given early-on or if never a dx/treatment was never given. #adhdtwitter #ADHDers
The reasoning for this is that in adolescence those with un-dx ADHD are have an increased chance of engaging in ārisky behaviorsā earlier- leading to substance abuse and subsequently addiction.

We should never forget Deepika is a woman of #substance. She is made of sterner #stuff. She's managed to create her own identity away from her father's shadow and done her best to #weed out nepotism in cinema field.

For no reason, I tried to push myself and generate a pattern everyday for one month in a hand drawn style. To add difficulty I chose to learn a tool I never tried : #substance designer.

[3/n] Learning stuff is tough. And doing it after my day job wasnāt easing it.
So every time Iām in this situation I try to set small goals and reuse what I learn and more importantly : stick to it. Itās more of a cumulative learning than learning something new every single day.
