1/ Q: Is it safe to eat at #restaurants yet? Even if I can go to a restaurant, should I?

A: All steps at venturing out will involve #risk, so the first step is to weigh #infection prevalence in your region and personal risk factors.
2/ It’s still best to opt for takeout (#takeouttuesday!) or delivery if you are high risk or live with someone who is. No shame in not rushing out!

If you decide to eat out, some situations are safer than others. Our summary here, but full info in the link below.
3/ The natural ventilation of outdoor air makes it safer than enclosed spaces. Indoors, bigger, well-ventilated restaurants with limits on capacity will be safest.
Diners also need to remain physically distanced in waiting areas and multi-stall restrooms.

Alright, I'm covering Gov. Pete Ricketts' daily #coronavirus briefing. Today's guests are from the Dept. of Ag and the Nebraska Restauarant Association.
I submitted some Qs ahead of time:
1. Is Neb. considering any kind of “shared regional strategy” with surrounding states for reopening?
2. Neb Crossing's plan to open April 24?
3. Can the president tell us what to do?
Ricketts runs down the rules for staying healthy:

Stay home, work from home if possible, shop alone, no sports/playgrounds, help seniors, exercise daily in an appropriate way.

Gov. Ricketts is holding his first news conference of the week. He starts it by using and touting some hand sanitizer made in Nebraska through ethanol products provided by farmers here.
Ricketts runs through the social distancing guidelines again:

* Stay away from sick people
* Wash your hands regularly
* If you're sick, stay home and call your health care provider
While it was great for people to get outside on Sunday, Ricketts says people should still observe the 6-foot distancing and not congregate in groups of more than 10 outdoors.
